1.  Acceptance of terms


These terms and conditions govern the use of our website -  maqtaweg.ch - hereafter referred to as “the Website”. By using the Website, you (“the user”) accept these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions you must immediately stop using the Website.


2.  Information about us - registration


2.a. The Website is a site operated under the corporate name (“raison sociale”) Maqtaweg, hereafter referred to as  “we” or “us”, unless otherwise stated. We are registered with the Commercial Register (“Registre de commerce”, website: rc.ge.ch) of the Canton of Geneva, Switzerland, with the office located in the commune of Grand Saconnex. We are subject to the rules applied to individual legal persons under the Swiss law. You can contact us by email at: webmaster   X   maqtaweg.  ch.

2.b. The aim of our legal person is to work on projects relevant to international environmental and nature law, international environmental negotiations, ecosystem restoration, international and national animal rights.

Except where expressly stated to the contrary, we are the owner of the intellectual property rights in the entire website, material on the website and opinions, concepts and approaches. The material is protected by copyright; all intellectual property rights are reserved.
